Jason brings a distinctive artistic eye to Tattoo Paradise. His custom illustrative pieces are inspired by the traditional tattooing styles of the early 20th century with a focus on color and contrast.
He is a multi-media graphic artist mixing a variety of disiplines. He studied commerical art design and illustration at LSUS and the Art Institute of Dallas, Texas and has worked professionally as a graphic artist since 1991.
He started tattooing at The Hole Image in Natchitoches in 2005, first as an apprenticeship under Jeff LaCour, then as an artist. After gaining a solid foundation, moved through guest spots until coming into the staff at Tattoo Paradise. |
